We’re often banging on about what a tremendous record Venetia Wiliiams has with her handicap chasers returning after a break and wind surgery, and that leads us to FUNAMBULE SIVOLA today, who has already able demonstrated that fact after winning easily back in 2020 after a wind operation. He couldn’t repeat the dose when well held in the Tingle Creek on his reappearance after wind surgery last year, but in fairness that was the Tingle Creek, and he was hampered three out.
He’s being an easier task on his reappearance this time around, and he looks well treated from a mark of 156 based on his Game Spirit win and his second in the Champion Chase the previous March.
